Who we are
This website is operated by McKeith Research Ltd (“we”, “us”), the data controller for any personal data you submit through it. You can contact us at businessoffice@mckeithresearch.com.
What we collect
When you submit the booking enquiry form, we collect: your name, role/title, company, work email, and the details you provide about your enquiry (preferred format, audience size, timing and brief).
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a tailored proposal, and discuss possible engagements. We do not add you to any marketing list and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR, our lawful basis is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a business enquiry you have initiated. Where required, we may also rely on your consent, given by submitting the form.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, after which they are deleted unless we are required to keep them for legal, accounting or contractual reasons.
Where it’s stored
Enquiries are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorised personnel. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to its use. To exercise any of these rights, email businessoffice@mckeithresearch.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
