Corporate Workshops

Half-day and full-day workshops on resilience, recovery and performance.

Deeper than a talk and more hands-on than a webinar. Gillian McKeith runs half-day and full-day workshops for leadership teams, away-days and wellbeing programmes — covering burnout prevention, nervous-system regulation, sleep, nutrition and the habits that keep high-pressure teams functioning. Delivered in person across the UK and US, or via Zoom in modular blocks.

What your organisation gets

A shared language for pressure

Teams leave with the same vocabulary for stress, recovery and workload — which makes the difficult conversations afterwards far easier to have.

A team action plan, not just insight

The workshop ends with agreed, specific changes to how the team works: meeting patterns, recovery time, travel load and food provision.

Burnout prevention built into the workflow

Managers learn to spot early warning signs in their own people and what to do about them before absence or resignation follows.

Evidence you can report on

Anonymised Wellness Index data gives HR and leadership a baseline to report against and to re-measure after the programme.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Discovery

A call with HR or the team lead to understand the pressures, the history and what a good outcome looks like.

  2. 02

    Workshop design

Modules selected and tailored — burnout prevention, nervous-system regulation, sleep, nutrition or performance — to fit your half or full day.

  3. 03

    Delivery day

Teaching, group exercises, the Wellness Index and facilitated discussion, ending with the team's own action plan.

  4. 04

    Embedding

Workbooks and protocols circulated afterwards, with an optional follow-up session six to twelve weeks later to check progress.

Frequently asked questions

How long is a workshop?
Half-day (around three hours) or full-day (around six hours including breaks). Full-day workshops can also be split into two half-days.
How does a workshop differ from a Lunch & Learn?
A Lunch & Learn is a 60-minute session for a broad audience. A workshop goes deeper, works in small groups and produces an agreed team action plan.
What group size works best?
In-person workshops work best with 8 to 40 people so everyone can take part. Larger groups can be run with breakout facilitation.
Can workshops run online?
Yes — full-day content is delivered in modular Zoom blocks across one or two days so attention and energy hold up.
Which topics can we choose?
Burnout prevention, nervous-system regulation and recovery, sleep and performance, nutrition for high-pressure teams, and resilience through adversity. Modules are combined to fit your day.
What does a workshop cost?
Fees depend on length, format, group size and location. Send a brief through the form below for a tailored proposal.
Do you provide materials afterwards?
Yes. Every attendee receives a workbook and the protocols covered, and the team receives its action plan in writing.

Tell us your group size, preferred length and the topics you want covered. Gillian replies personally with availability and a tailored proposal.
